For anyone that has made the crossing from Lanzarote to the small island of La Graciosa can tell you that it can sometimes be a bit of a bumby ride. The route is used by many tourists to visit or stay on this small paradise north of Lanzarote but for the locals it is a regular form of transport to vist supermarkets and carry out any part of their nomal day living. A new ferry has just started operating commissioned by the well know ferry company Lineas Romero. This is the largest ferry to operate between the 2 islands and has a capacity of 400 pasangers. The new boat is called The Alexandro R and measures 30 meters long by 10.59 meters wide. It has 2 cafes and a gift shop
