With a budgetary allocation of almost 175,000 euros through indirect taxes, repairs and restoration work is planned for the Barranco de Temisas in Haria, focusing on 400 linear meters.
The ravine presents a state of deterioration due to the abandonment of the agricultural activity that used to form part of the landscape. As a consequence an irregular courseway can be observed that has led to exesive vegetation and ruined affecting the stability of the ravine.
Action will be taken to prevent flooding of populated areas close to space hopefully before next winter.
