Definitely one of my favourites and highly recommended is the Vulcano Wine. Whether your choice be White, Rose, Red or even Moscatel…you won’t be disappointed.
This local wine was “born” in 2009. The Vulcano concept is “Boutique Winery”and the main characteristic is the elaboration of young wines in different fermentation’s of the year.
The wine isn’t available in many shops or restaurants. It’s still considered very exclusive but if you do see it on your menu, be sure to order a bottle or two….
