Wetting the Shamrock

Lanzarote has always been very popular with holidaymakers from the Emerald Isle and in the spirit of celebration, the Lanzarote department of tourism hold a St. Patrick’s day Fiesta each year.
The Plaza del Varadero in the old Town harbour in Puerto Del Carmen will be dyed green on Friday 17^th March 2017 and there will be live music, parades and entertainment on offer.
Definitely an excuse to raise a Guinness or two to wet the Shamrock!
