La Graciosa is the little island separated by a straight in the north of Lanzarote. This island is invited to the Gastrocanarias gastronomic event, which is held in Tenerife from May 21 to 23, and which seeks to publicise the little-known Graciosera gastronomy, with recipes that, in many cases, have not left the family environment. The dried jareas, the salting, the mojos and the fish from the Graciosa coast will be reinterpreted in Tenerife by the best chefs from La Graciosa and Lanzarote. The event seeks to show all the professionals participating in the congress the traditional Graciosa gastronomy, which will come to light with the interpretations of the best chefs from La Graciosa and Lanzarote.
