The Tapas Fair returned to Arrecife for the day of the Canary Islands
An event took place on Sunday  afternoon until midnight with different musical performances in the Parque Islas Canarias and was repeated on Monday which was the official bank holiday day. This formed part of a number of events happening all over the island including On Saturday, May 28, the elders of the municipality will be able to enjoy an excursion and cultural visit to Rancho Texas for the elderly, children’s workshops with Canarian themes, Canarian Sea Kayak Championship and a Canarian Wrestling Exhibition on El Reducto Beach.

Canary Islands Day is a Spanish regional public holiday in the Canary Islands Autonomous Community, observed on May 30th.

This day commemorates the first session of the autonomous Canary Islands Parliament that took place on May 30th 1983.
