******Superfruit Smoothie*********
INGREDIENTS
- 1 c. frozen cherries
- 1 kiwi, peeled and chopped (reserve 2 slices for garnish)
- 1 c. almond milk
- 1 tbsp. chia seeds
DIRECTIONS
- Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend on high until smooth.
- Pour into 2 glasses and garnish with kiwi.
******Piña Colada Smoothie*********
INGREDIENTS
- 1 c. frozen pineapple
- 1 banana
- 1 c. coconut milk
- 1 tbsp. shredded coconut, plus more for garnish
DIRECTIONS
- Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend on high until smooth.
- Pour into 2 glasses and garnish with shredded coconut.
