Lanzarote council in conjunction with the Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Energy have come up with an idea which they hope will revitilise the commercial areas of the capital, Arrecife with 3D street paintings on the public roads. This weekend between 17 and 22 October, several areas of the  will become a canvas for exhibitors 3D murals giving optical illusions on the pavement recreating, fantasy worlds made with chalk, pastels or watercolors by five European artists.

The Minister responsible for the area has indicated that this art form generated by the interaction between artists and citizens giving life to the street through art.

The following artists will be taking part

Bugatti Vera: Anamorfosis
He was born in Italy in 1979. She graduated in Fine Arts and researcher of artistic activity of the century. He has participated in several exhibitions and has participated in several events of street art around the world, winning awards in Europe and America. His work in chalk has also been published in specialized books. Currently, one of the greatest exponents of the art of painting on the pavement.

Valentina Sforzini: 3D
She is an expert in the Streetpainting practicing since I was eight. He has participated in many festivals of street art, including “Grazie Festival”, which took the first position. The streets of Holland, France, Germany, Malta and Mexico have witnessed exhibitions.

Fabio Maria Fedele
He was born and raised in northern Italy. He studied History and Conservation of Architectural and Environmental Heritage. He also graduated in Architecture. It began in this art form in 1993 and since 2006 has grown on 3D art. His work has been recognized with prestigious awards such as “Master Madonnaro” and “Magister Madomnaris. His creations have toured the streets of Europe, USA and Middle East. It is an illustrator in several archaeological museums in his native country, where he also collaborates with the magazine “Magic”.

Dimitrij Proskin
Natural Prague, Czech Republic. It is famous for its towering urban murals and graffiti artist known. He has worked all over the world and is renowned for its street art installations and most of them relate to activities in favor of ecological actions. CNN featured him as one of the young talents of Street-Art in a documentary about his work.

Luigi Legno
A native of Verona, Italy. His artistic career goes back about 20 years ago. It is also easel painter and his works are in public and private collections. As madonnaro artist has participated in numerous meetings Street Paintings in Europe and the United States.
