The Arrecife Town Hall have released a new website so that tourists can be informed of all there is to see and do in Arrecife.
Using QR codes, people can access this online guide in several languages and can be informed about the history of the capital, it’s attractions and what there is to see and do.
This year marks the 225th anniversary of the founding of Arrecife and the Mayor wanted to introduce a new improved tool to encourage the islands visitors to explore the city and have access to what it offers.
The mayor, Yonathan de León, has emphasized that the city is proud to be the birthplace of César Manrique and to have one of the most beautiful marinas in the Canary Islands. The special charm of Charco de San Ginés, and the entire capital coastline is surrounded by a large promenade with views of the castles of San José and San Gabriel.
Few capitals of the Canary Islands have so many attractions on their seafront.
