Costa Teguise Air Show
The Air Force acrobatic patrol did not disappoint this Sunday with its aerial show on Costa Teguise, watch by thousands at the Las Cucharas beach in Costa Teguise retransmitted live to a large audience.
The display included skillfull pirouettes and fly bys under the direction of Captain Luis Verjano also included innovative maneuvers such as inverted looping and the corkscrew.
After the 30 minute exhibition the mayor of Teguise, Oswaldo Betancort showed his appreciation for the most daring display for the commemoration of the 600-year history of Teguise, thanking the Air Force for their collaboration. The Head of the Air Command in the Canary Islands, Fernando de la Cruz, also commented saying that this had been a wonderful opportunity to show the civilian population our work.
