We have two of these two bedroom villas in an excellent location within the resort of Puerto del Carmen and only 300m from the nearest beach and promenade. The villas have been refurbished in 2021 and have an open plan living, dining and kitchen area with patio doors overlooking a large sun terrace with private, heated pool.
Each villa can sleep up to 4 guests including infants. The prices below are based on 1-5 guests. Please see the Prices and Occupancy section below for further information. Please use price calculator on the top right to calculate the total cost for your group.

Location

This villa is located in Los Pocillos, a flat area of Puerto del Carmen and within easy walking distance to all the resort amenities and several beaches. The beach of Los Pocillos and several small cove like beaches are within a few minutes walk and the larger sandy beach of Playa Grande is about a 15 minute walk with a great selection of activities from paragliding to pedalos. The main avenida stretches approximately 3 kilometres with a good selection of shops and stores offering souvenirs, designer goods and of course duty free. The old town harbour is better known for its fish restaurants and small local bars and the new town for its selection of different types of cuisine.
