We had a great time at the Villa. The apartment was super clean and tidy and the pool was great and cleaned regularly by Jimmy! Our kids had the best time (4&6) and it’s a 10min walk from local amenities or a short cab ride from the main strip. The beaches here were also super clean and we would definitely come back again. The bathrooms had been recently renovated so it was a bonus. Thanks for an amazing stay!
We have just returned from a lovey stay in the villa. Everything was perfect. Pool was lovely and warm and cleaned every day. Looking forward to going back again sometime soon

We had a fabulous stay at the villa. Views from the villa are just stunning, pool is a good size by lanzorote standards and was quite warm, location excellent, about 15 mins walk to beachfront and accross to the old town area. Would certainly stay again

Second visit to this villa. Another too short a stay but very enjoyable, great accommodation with spectacular views very comfortable, would definitely recommend.
We loved our stay at the Villa . The villa was spotless and very spacious for the 6 of us. Someone came each day and cleaned/ checked on the pool. Lovely view of the sea and the islands from the terrace. Superb stay.

Returned just over a week ago from a lovely relaxing week at the villa. Light spacious and airy, comfortable beds, and appreciated the milk tea wine in the fridge when we arrived. Pool was lovely and warm and didn’t need any extra heating , cleaned daily by Jim, one small issue with sun umbrella, nothing major just a missing screw but was fixed following day, and any emails answered within minutes. Supermarkets about 10 mins walk and main strip prob bit more but I walk at snails pace! Downhill so cabs back for me at about 3 euros or less, found prices very reasonable in the town, plenty of restaurants and cafes, days were hot and sunny but evenings were very cool, needed a light jacket, first visit to lanzarote but definitely not the last.

Really enjoyed the pool. Lots of space for the kids to run around. The pool gate is locked which was great because we had young children.

This is our second stay at Villa Blue Skies - it's a terrific place to chill out in the glorious Lanzarote winter sunshine, taking in the splendid sea views as you look out above Puerto del Carmen. The owners, Sam and Jim provide a great service and are very responsive if any problems arise. Heated pool is a big bonus, maintained very well by Jim on a daily basis.
Accommodation is really spacious, being well furnished and very comfortable for large families or groups of friends. WiFi proved to be a little unpredictable when several users were using the internet and also when the TV is drawing from the network, but we are told that fibre broadband is being installed into the area so this can be expected to improve in due course. Range of channels on the TV is excellent if you want to further relax during the darker winter evenings.
We had a great stay - Puerto del Carmen is a great location during the Christmas and New Year festive season. We will be really happy to return again at some time in the future and/or recommend Villa Blue Skies to others who are looking for a pleasant stay in Lanzarote. The resort is extremely accessible and a good base to visit other places on the island.

Due to a very early morning flight, we arrived at the villa about 12 noon. Samantha had done a great job and had the place clean and ready for us to settle in, which was lovely considering we’d been up since 3.30am! They even left some essentials in the fridge for us. You’re supplied with pool towels which was a bonus and beds and towels are changed at the end of a week.
Jim, came round every morning to check and maintain the pool and was always keen to make sure everything was fine. I’m sure if we had any problems they would have been resolved very quickly.
The villa is in a good location, parking right outside, close to shops and a pleasant 15 minute walk down to the front for a big choice of restaurants and shops.
Would definitely recommend.

The villa photos do not do it justice , it was very spacious, clean and looked after , it was a home from home and we all loved it , thanks to Jim who came everyday to clean the big beautiful pool, in which we all had a really good time in , the water was lovely and never cold, Jim nothing was too much for you and you always had a friendly smile ? for us ,will miss you mate , Sam you was always there for us lol when we locked ourselves out and in a matter of minutes you was there to let us back in ,and have to mention your lovely mum , it was lovely meeting her. The location was fantastic and we will definitely be back next year , thank you for a brilliant holiday home for two weeks , highly recommend this villa xxxx

27 June - 6 July 2018 - we stayed in villa with our two teenage daughters who loved the space and their own bedroom. Villa was well equipped, clean and very spacious. Having your own pool was fantastic and Jim cleaned it every morning, thank you Jim. From the initial booking of the villa everything was very smooth with Sam answering emails very quickly. The villa is located a 10 minute walk to the main beach and "strip" which had numerous bars and restaurants. The "Old town" is 10-15 min walk which again had lots of nice bars and restaurants, we preferred the atmosphere and bars in the "Old town". Lidl was a 7 min walk which was great and was always well stocked. If staying again in Puerto del Carmen then we would love to stay in this villa again. My only recommendation and it is a very small one would be another set of towels for each person staying.
