Suitability
The living area of this villa is all on 1 level . The villa is located in a flat area but there is a hill to get down to the harbour area and beach.
Maid Service
The villa will be cleaned and prepared for your arrival.
Bedding and towels, including beach / pool towels are supplied, but as this is a self-catering property, maid service is not provided.
Two sets of towels per guest will be in the villa on arrival and for guests staying for more than a week, these will be replaced at the end of the week. Bedding is also changed on a weekly basis.

Location
A peaceful villa residential area with walking distance to both the new town and old town of Puerto del Carmen. The winding lanes and detached properties are separated by volcanic stone walls which give you the impression that you are in a rural location. The old town and new town have an abundance of restaurants and bars for those holidaymakers wishing to venture a little further from their villa. The larger sandy beaches can be found in the new town with a great selection of activities from paragliding to pedalos. The main avenida stretches approximately 3 kilometres with a good selection of shops and stores offering souvenirs, designer goods and of course duty free.
