This 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom villa is ideally located within a 25 minute walk of the centre of Playa Blanca. Entrance is via the living area which has patio doors leading to the large, covered terrace with pool table. The terrace overlooks the optionally heated pool. This property has the advantage of a gated pool so it is a good choice for families with small children. The pool step ladders in the photos have recently been changed to integrated corner steps making access a lot easier.
This villa can sleep up to 8 guests, 2 children plus an infant. The prices below are based on 1-8 guests. Please see the Prices and Occupancy section below for further information.

The living area is compact but furnished with comfortable sofas. Patio doors open to the covered terrace. The villa has WiFi and internet TV with UK channels.

There is a separate kitchen, which is well equipped with Dishwasher, Microwave, Oven, Hob, Fridge/freezer, Coffee Machine.

Location
Playa Blanca
Playa Blanca is an extensive resort which stretches from the beautiful beaches of Papagayo at one end, to the Faro Lighthouse at the other end of the coastal promenade. There are also two water parks within the resort; Aqualava and Paradise Island Water Park.
The villa is located in a residential villa area within a 25 minute walk of the centre of the resort where you will find a selection of bars, restaurants and a supermarket. Playa Blanca has a great selection of beaches bars and restaurants and a pedestrianised shopping area. There is also a marina (Marina Rubicon), the National park of Papagayo beaches and a ferry port with a 40 minute service to the nearby island of Fuerteventura.

Just got back from an awesome 10 days at Isla Bonita. We couldn't fault the villa, it was modern, clean and pretty spacious, with 3 bedrooms having an en suite bathroom and another separate bathroom for the 4th bedroom.The terrace area is amazing, with 2 separate eating areas, a pool table and space in between, all facing the nice sized pool. There were lots of inflatables, so no need to bring or buy anything extra. The terrace stays in the shade all day and there is plenty of space in the sun around the Pool on the many sun loungers.There is a decent (samsung curved) tv, with loads of English channels (sky movies etc). There is also a bluetooth speaker for music from your ipad etc. Also worth knowing that bath and beach towels are supplied.We found it was about a 25 minute walk to the playa blanca beach with all of the restaurants etc. That was with 3 youngish children so could probably be done comfortably in 20. Aqualava land is about 10 or 15 minutes walk away and we would thoroughly recommend it. Sad to be home now but thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
