The villa has 2 floors; the entrance and upper floor has an open plan kitchen and dining room, w/c and 2 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. Downstairs is a large living area with pool table , 2 further bedrooms and a separate family bathroom. The villa has air conditioning in the two upstairs bedrooms as well as the living room.

This villa is within walking distance from the sheltered, golden sands of Playa Flamingo beach, which slopes gently out to sea and is ideal for young children. A seafront promenade runs 8.5km from one end of Playa Blanca to the other and is lined with bars, seafood restaurants and shops. Located in an established residential area of the highly sought after resort of Playa Blanca, the villa is within walking distance of the beach and amenities of the resort but a car is recommended.
