This great villa is a perfect choice in which to enjoy a memorable holiday with Playa Flamingo beach and Playa Blanca’s town centre just a 10 - 15 minutes walk away. There are two water parks within 5 minutes of the villa, the AquaLava Waterpark and the Dino Park, both offer great fun for the whole family. There is a taxi rank and supermarket within 100m of the villa and the resort also has it's own internal bus route with the bus stop also within walking distance from the villa.
The villa has 2 floors; the entrance and upper floor has a beautiful open plan kitchen and dining area which leads to the outdoor, partially covered terrace. There are 6 bedrooms, 5 with air conditioning (1 without) and 3 bathrooms, 2 of which are ensuite , a separate family bathroom and a guest cloakroom. Downstairs is a living area with full size pool table. The villa can accommodate up to 16 guests with the addition of a new double sofa bed in the living room.

The views from the balcony to the sea are nothing short of breathtaking. Twelve of us (students) stayed there for 4 nights and the villa accommodated us all perfectly. Complete with a pool table, swimming pool, TV, Wi-fi and only a short walk to the beach, there is no chance that anyone staying there will get bored. The walk into town is about 10-15 minutes , or 3-5 minutes using the electric scooters provided around the area.

A lovely villa, welll equipped, ideal for large families, ideal indoor and outdoor eating areas. Perfect sized pool etc. Sonia was amazing at looking after us, if there was a problem or just needed advice she sorted it straight away. Would definitely recommend this villa.

Wonderful Villa we were so impressed, the Villa is new. The Villa itself is big and nicely decorated, the highlight for us was the dining and outdoor lounge it was just fab Highly recommended.

This villa is within walking distance from the sheltered, golden sands of Playa Flamingo beach, which slopes gently out to sea and is ideal for young children. A seafront promenade runs 8.5km from one end of Playa Blanca to the other and is lined with bars, seafood restaurants and shops. Located in an established residential area of the highly sought after resort of Playa Blanca, the villa is within walking distance of the beach and amenities of the resort but a car is recommended.
