The peaceful village of Guime, not too far from resorts and towns is where you will find this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom detached villa with its own private swimming pool. Located at the end of a cul de sac the property boasts extensive and uninterrupted views of the sea and surrounding hills. On a clear day you can see the neighbouring island of Fuertevenura. The villa is just 10 minutes’ drive from the airport and 30 minutes from more or less anywhere on the island. Major supermarkets are just a 5 minute drive .
The village does have its own bar which is open in the evenings. For restaurants and other bars the nearby towns of Playa Honda and Tias can be easily reached by car along with the nearest beaches in Matagorda or Playa Honda. The pool which s heated during the winter months is surrounded by a terrace area which is completely private, There are 3 double bedrooms, two with double beds (one en suite) and one with 2 single beds. There is a second brand new family bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, gas hob, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle and other mod cons. There is a full TV and internet service with all UK and foreign channels including Netflix and Amazon.

Location
The village of Guime is just a short drive away from Playa Honda, Puerto del Carmen and Arrecife. There is a small local shop in the village called La Despensa and there is also a quiet chill out bar called La Bodeguita de Guime.
