Absolutely beautiful villa, spotlessly clean, huge comfortable bedrooms and an absolutely stunning pool. Just realised our review at the time didn’t submit for some reason. We loved it so much we’ve booked next year already. Gerry the property manager was fantastic really friendly, helpful and knowledgeable chap.

January 2022
We spent the first week of 2022 here and we couldn't have wished for a better place to stay for relaxation and peace in the sun. It was just the two of us and we had plenty of space, both inside and outside the villa. The location was peaceful yet near enough to local amenities including a small supermarket within 5 minutes walk. The pool and hot tub were wonderful and there are great views of the ocean from the terrace. It felt like such luxury! We didn't hire a car as we could walk to most places, including the Marina Rubicon (25-30 minutes along the coastal boardwalk). The restaurants and shops here are much nicer than Playa Blanca itself, a further 15 minutes walk from the marina. It was a great holiday to unwind in the sun and we would be very happy to return.

We decided to book our stay after reading all the positive reviews. The marketing pictures really don’t do the villa any justice. It’s a beautiful and modern and very cosy. The villa is very central to the harbour and within easy distance to the supermarkets. And if you enjoy walking it definitely has very scenic views close by. The villa is very well equipped, it has everything you could think of to help make your stay comfortable. From cooking utensils and laundry. The private pool and hot tub are clean and very well managed and adds luxury to the villa. Just a few improvements I would like to mention: * the drains in both bathrooms were smelly and could really be investigated to find the source of the issue * the bed linen in the master bedroom was dirty and stained when we arrived Other than that we thoroughly enjoyed our family stay. We are considering booking again next year. The owners of this villa should be proud, it really is a beautiful villa and extremely well managed!

Really great location -very peaceful and quiet. The villa is not overlooked and has lovely views out to the sea and Fuerteventura - we sat out every night watching the stars go by. We felt that you need a car unless you like power walking to the marina/town but why wouldn't you have a car anyway to visit all the great places in Lanzarote. There is a supermarket within walking distance and a few bars and restaurants - one fantastic - best steak I have ever had, just melted in the mouth. The villa was adequate and clean with everything you need including BBQ and hot tub and satellite TV - not that we switched it on. The pool was absolutely amazing. Larger that your average villa pool and heated - a bit too warm for me but perfect for my wife. When we go back to Lanzarote we will definitely be booking this villa again - if we can get in!

In a very peaceful location with lovely views this is a large villa with 3 good bedrooms and two bathrooms (one en-suite). There is a/c in the master bedroom and the lounge and each bedroom has patio doors to the large outside terrace. It has everything you will need and there was a very thoughtful welcome package provided. 6 very nice quality sun loungers beside the large heated pool (28 degrees) and at the end of the terrace is a 4 person multi-function hot tub (up to 38 degrees) The surrounding patio is tidy with some nice plants and we also liked the provision of toys for the pool. There are a few bars and restaurants within 5/10 mins walk including a good supermarket and the Marina Rubicon is a 30 min stroll along the front or 4:50 euro by taxi. Daniel the manager arrived as we did and gave us a very comprehensive introduction to the villa and facilities. We will be looking to book again for next year - thanks Daniel for a relaxing break - loved it.

This villa really is a fabulous villa. Wonderful views, great large heated pool (28 degrees) and a lovely hot tub (37 degrees). The terrace was a real sun trap that was also largely protected from any wind too. In a really nice, quiet area of Playa Blanca. A very good supermarket, bars and ice creams are all nearby (5-10 minute walk). All the facilities you would ever need inside the Villa too (good wifi). The management team were excellent too. We would love to stay at this villa again if we get chance.

Villa was beautiful. In a peaceful location with wonderful views and close to amenities. The pool was a good size. The kitchen had all the utensils that you could need and there was a very good welcome pack on arrival. There were also DVD's, videos, books, games and magazines in case they were needed. The Manager of the Villa, Daniel, could not have been more helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for him. We loved it so much we have already booked it again.

Las Coloradas lanzarote has some stunning views and from the villa you can see papagayo beach it was outstanding the villa had a great 7 meter pool heated (like a bath) hot tub, inside was very well furnished every thing you would want in a villa + more. Close to shops great walks and could hire bikes great little snake bar, sea just round the corner with a pontoon you could swim off.

Large clean villa, with really nice size pool! Had 3 weeks here back in Aug 2015 with wife and 2 kids (3 and 10)and would love to return! You will need a car if you intend to stay here, as the local town is about 3 miles away. Great location on hilltop, good views = good times!
