Arrecife airport terminal 1 has 2 storeys. Departures upstairs and arrivals downstairs.
The storeys are accesible by 1 lift located in the center of the terminal, stairs and a moving ramp

There is a taxi rank directly outside the arrivals hall. Taxis will take up to 4 people in 1 car. Child seats are not provided. There is normally a taxi rank controller on duty who will help you with any special requirements.

- Opening times: Christmas period days (24 and 31 December, 5 January), from 10:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. of the following day.

Buses
The bus stop is situated outside the arrivals hall in front of the taxi rank. There is a service to Puerto del Carmen and Playa Blanca. For Costa Teguise you would need to change in Arrecife.

If you have a flight that arrives or departs outside of the check out and check in times. The Radisson hotels can offer a day pass. There are morning passes, afternoon passes or all day passes that are tailored with a baffet meal of breakfast, luggage storage and use of the courtesy room and swimming pool. Emergency

Key Safes
If the keys to your accommodation are in a key safe on arrival, you will need to note the location and number and make sure you have these details with you.
How to operate the key safe
1. Open the flap covering the number combination
2. Turn the number combination to the code required
3. Pull down the lever at the side of the combination
4. This will release the front panel and your keys will be inside
5. Close and turn the number combination to 0000
