The last volcanic eruptions extended the islands land mass. Where the hot molten lave met the sea, interesting rock formations formed. Now known as Los Hervideros, the sea crashes into the rocks creating a spectacular display of nature. There are pathways and stair wells cut into the side of the rocks to give you the best views of the waves and opportunity to take some great photos
