Well located villa in a popular complex which is centrally enjoys excellent sea and mountain views from the terrace. The accommodation has two bedrooms, one with en-suite shower room, a spacious lounge / dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. There is a large covered terrace area, with a patio table, chairs and a barbeque for al fresco dining. Steps down lead to a sun terrace and private heated swimming pool. The pool area is gated which makes it ideal for famillies with young children.
This villa can sleep up to 5 guests. The base price is for 1-2 guests. Please see the Prices and Occupancy section below for further information. Please use price calculator on the top right to calculate the total cost for your group.

Suitability
The pool is down a few steps and the villa location is elevated.

Maid Service
The villa will be cleaned and prepared for your arrival.
Bedding and towels, including beach / pool towels are supplied, but as this is a self-catering property, maid service is not provided.
Two sets of towels per guest will be in the villa on arrival and for guests staying for more than a week, these will be replaced at the end of the week. Bedding is also changed on a weekly basis.

I was just visiting friends who were staying there. I was very impressed. Private swimming pool,2 beds 2 bathrooms, kitchen, living room all the mod cons,plus TV stations, oh I almost forgot, a loving barbecue as well. I'll be back and not as a visitor.

Lovely quiet location away from the front which is only a short walk away. Great views of the sea and the mountains in a safe and secure complex. Parking is also easy too (on street). The place is clean and well maintained, all round great place!

Central Puerto del Carmen
Location is slightly elevated within easy walking distance of the main promenade which has a large selection of restaurants, bars and supermarkets and 1.5km to the old town harbour.
We also offer other villas on this very popular development so if your dates are not available, please ask us to check our availability.
The villas are within easy walking distance of all amenities. Some villas are terraced and others semi detached. All have great sea views and their own private pools.
