This villa is situated in a central location and just a short walk to the beach and main promenade of Puerto del Carmen. Furnished to a high standard, it's both comfortable, homely and has a secluded pool area.

The interior of the villa is all on 1 level. There are steps down From the main house and terrace to the pool area
Maid Service
The villa will be cleaned and prepared for your arrival.
Bedding and towels, including beach / pool towels are supplied, but as this is a self-catering property, maid service is not provided.
Two sets of towels per guest will be in the villa on arrival and for guests staying for more than a week, these will be replaced at the end of the week. Bedding is also changed on a weekly basis.

The location is slightly elevated but within easy walking distance of the main promenade which has a large selection of restaurants, bars and supermarkets and 1.5km to the old town harbour. The Lidl supermarket is a short walk away.
