In an elevated position this villa boasts fantastic sea views as well as having one of larger pool terraces amongst the villas on this gated complex, The property has two bedrooms, one with an en-suite bathroom, a large lounge/dining room and well equipped kitchen. The lounge and main bedroom have optional air conditioning (coin operated) and patio doors opening on to a partially covered terrace with barbecue, table & chairs. From here, a few steps lead down to the sun terrace and private heated swimming pool. Just a short walk from the beach and amenities of the popular resort of Puerto del Carmen. The pool is down a few steps and the villa location is elevated.

Maid Service
The villa will be cleaned and prepared for your arrival. For stays over 7 nights there is a weekly towel and linen change.
Two sets of towels per guest will be in the villa on arrival and for guests staying for more than a week, these will be replaced at the end of the week. Bedding is also changed on a weekly basis.

Location

Central Puerto del Carmen
Location is slightly elevated within easy walking distance of the main promenade which has a large selection of restaurants, bars and supermarkets and 1.5km to the old town harbour.
We also offer other villas on this very popular development so if your dates are not available, please ask us to check our availability.
The villas are within easy walking distance of all amenities. Some villas are terraced and others semi detached. All have great sea views and their own private pools.
