Just returned from our second stay at this excellent villa. It's just first class has everything that you need and within walking distance to old town and the main strip in new town. It's spacious and secure and the pool is amazing.

Just come back from another week in this villa. It has been our family holiday for the last 5 years and we all LOVE it. The Villa has everything we need to enjoy our holiday. We can cook should we want to and also have a BBQ. I can do all the clothes washing before I leave too so don’t have to do it when I get home! The swimming pool area is perfect for my children and they enjoy swimming daily. The villa is always clean and we have never had any issues. The Villa as it’s only a 5 minute walk down to the main strip of restaurants and the beach. The nearest supermarket is also only a 5 mins away too. It’s a great spot.

Excellent All Round

We arrived back from this lovely villa last week. Although the pictures look great, we were wary when we first booked, however the villa exceeded all expectations. It is a very spacious villa. It was clean and homely, The cleaners came once a week and they were really friendly. The location is perfect as it is situated between both the main strip and the harbour. (5min main strip, 10 mins harbour). All conveniences stores are literally 2 mins down the road.
The view was absolutely breathtaking. You can see fuertaventura which looked fantastic at night and you get the best of boths worlds with the mountains to your right and a fantastic sea view.
We had neighbours but it was never noisy and there was plenty of towels provided throughout our stay but there's is a washing machine which was handy
It is well facilitated with everything you need, very homely and we will definitely return.
The villa is on a secure complex, only people staying on the complex get access, as there is a locked gate.
Would recommend strongly.
