Situated on the first row of the centrally located villa complex, this villa boasts great views and in a central location in which to enjoy the holiday resort of Puerto del Carmen. The villa has two twin bedrooms, one with en-suite bathroom, a large lounge/dining room and fully fitted kitchen. There is a barbecue and covered seating area, perfect for "al-fresco" dining or simply relaxing and a gated pool with is a few steps down from the sun terrace. There is also a wifi connection and Internet TV with UK Channels.
This villa can sleep up to 5 guests. The base price is for 1-2 guests. Please see the Prices and Occupancy section below for further information.

Suitability
The pool is down a few steps and the villa location is elevated.
Maid Service
The villa will be cleaned and prepared for your arrival.
Bedding and towels, including beach / pool towels are supplied, but as this is a self-catering property, maid service is not provided.
Two sets of towels per guest will be in the villa on arrival and for guests staying for more than a week, these will be replaced at the end of the week. Bedding is also changed on a weekly basis.

Location is slightly elevated within easy walking distance of the main promenade which has a large selection of restaurants, bars and supermarkets and 1.5km to the old town harbour.

The villas are within easy walking distance of all amenities. Some villas are terraced and others semi detached. All have great sea views and their own private pools.
