Located on the third row of this popular gated complex boasting excellent sea and mountain views, this villa has one bedroom with king size bed and en-suite bathroom, a twin bedroom and second bathroom, large lounge / dining room and fully equipped kitchen. There is a covered terrace area with barbecue, table and chairs and from here a few steps lead down to a private heated swimming pool. There is also coin operated air conditoning , WiFi and a gated pool for families with young children.

Maid Service
The villa will be cleaned and prepared for your arrival.
Bedding and towels, including beach / pool towels are supplied, but as this is a self-catering property, maid service is not provided.
Two sets of towels per guest will be in the villa on arrival and for guests staying for more than a week, these will be replaced at the end of the week. Bedding is also changed on a weekly basis.

The villa is on a gated complex of villas, on three rows. All villas have 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, dining area, top terrace with furniture and bottom terrace with private heated pool. They are exceptionally well managed and maintained, in a particularly calm and peaceful area, but not too far from everything.

Great location .There Is a small supermarket over the road which we used for water and baguettes and there is a couple of spars just further down the hill, we went along the road to Lidl where they have a good selection of fresh meat for a barbecue. We didn't mind the walk down to the strip and we often walked it back on a night,

The villa location is slightly elevated within easy walking distance of the main, seafront promenade which has a large selection of restaurants, bars and supermarkets and 1.5km to the old town harbour.

The villas are within easy walking distance of all amenities. Some villas are terraced and others semi detached. All have great sea views and their own private pools.
