This modern spacious 2 storey villa is situated in the small, exclusive development of Playa Vista and is a perfect place for a family holiday. The modern interior is comfortably furnished with 4 bedrooms, 3 of which are air conditioned. There are 3 doubles and 1 twin and 3 bathrooms. Amenities include internet TV with UK Channels, WiFi, and private swimming pool with BBQ. The fitted kitchen has all mod cons to make the most of your self catering holiday. If you prefer to eat out it is just a 2 minute walk to the seafront promenade which boasts 2 small sandy beaches, one of them called Calimera beach. A few minutes walk brings you to the nearest restaurant, Chiringuito Tropical and a further 10 minutes stroll will bring you to a selection of excellent restaurants. The cuisine includes Italian, Greek and Argentinian and if you continue walking you will arrive at the Playa Flamingo beach which is a sandy bay excellent for bathing. The regular local bus service will take you into the resort centre. Car hire is not essential but recommended.

Location
Playa Blanca
Located on the established residential area of Playa Vista within the resort of Playa Blanca, this villa is within walking distance from the seafront promenade and some small local sandy beaches. A path runs to the side of the Hotel Monica and allows you to join the 8.5km seafront promenade which runs from one end of Playa Blanca to the other from the the Faro Lighthouse to the beautiful, unspoilt beaches of Papagayo.There are a couple of smaller beaches nearby, including Calimera Beach and a popular beachfront restaurant called Chiringuito Tropical. Car hire is recommended but not essential and there is also a local bus that runs around the resort on a constant loop.
