The villa has four bedrooms all with air conditioning. There are two double bedrooms and two twin bedrooms, two of the bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and a separate family bathroom with separate shower and Jacuzzi bath. There is a separate dining room and modern fully equipped kitchen.
The outside area of the Villa offers an electrically heated swimming pool with large south facing terraces and Jacuzzi hot tub and a large stone barbecue and terrace to enjoy a meal with the views.

This villa is within walking distance from the sheltered, golden sands of Playa Flamingo beach, which slopes gently out to sea and is ideal for young children. A seafront promenade runs 8.5km from one end of Playa Blanca to the other and is lined with bars, seafood restaurants and shops. Located in an established residential area of the highly sought after resort of Playa Blanca, the villa is within walking distance of the beach and amenities of the resort but a car is recommended.
