Located in an elevated position, this 4 bedroom villa offers panoramic views over the resort to sea and neighbouring islands of Los Lobos and Fuerteventura. It has been furnished and equipped to a high standard with a spacious lounge area furnished with 4 comfortable sofas, 1 with recliner, flat screen LCD TV with (Canal Plus Satellite system you can change the language on some programmes), DVD player, CD player, Pool Table and WIFI.
The villa has four bedrooms, two double Bedrooms and two twin Bedrooms; three of which have air conditioning. Two of the bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and there is a separate family bathroom with shower and Jacuzzi bath. There is a dining room and modern fully equipped kitchen.
The outside area of the villa offers an electrically heated swimming pool with large south facing terraces and Jacuzzi hot tub and a large stone barbecue and terrace to enjoy a meal with the views.

Lounge
Spacious living area downstairs with comfortable sofas, air conditioning, TV with Canal Plus satellite system (some programmes you can change the language), DVD player, CD player, pool table & Wifi. There are patio doors to steps leading up to sun terrace.

Playa Blanca
This villa is within walking distance from the sheltered, golden sands of Playa Flamingo beach, which slopes gently out to sea and is ideal for young children. A seafront promenade runs 8.5km from one end of Playa Blanca to the other and is lined with bars, seafood restaurants and shops. Located in an established residential area of the highly sought after resort of Playa Blanca, the villa is within walking distance of the beach and amenities of the resort but a car is recommended.
