With a fantastic central location close to all of the resort amenities. Villa Fragata is a wonderful two storey quality villa with a heated and gated pool. There are four en suite bedrooms all on the upper floor. The villa has a delightful BBQ area and the quiet cul de sac location offers peace and tranquility at the same time as being very close to the popular Pueblo Marinero square as well as the beaches of Playa de Las Cucharas and Playa Jablillo.
This villa can sleep up to 8 adults plus 2 children and an infant. The prices below are based on 1-4 guests. Please see the Prices and Occupancy section below for further information. Please use price calculator on the top right to calculate the total cost for your group.

We took our whole family to this Villa for a celebration of our 40th Wedding Anniversary. The Villa exceeded our expectations, great location close to the beaches, shops and some amazing Restaurants. Welcome pack when we arrived, the pool was excellent the grandchildren loved it we had a hard job to keep them out. All bedrooms being on suites was a great help as we were 10 of us altogether so not having to wait for showers etc was asset. Pillows on all beds would have been nice not just in the master bedroom. Overall a fantastic place to stay and hope to go back in the near future.

Just returned from an amazing holiday in Villa Fragata, Costa Teguise, Lanzarote. This is the third time we have returned to this villa, we just love it. We have already booked up again for two weeks next summer. There are four bedrooms all with ensuites, (three twin rooms and one master bedroom with king size bed, master bedroom has a bath with shower) there is a toilet/basin on the ground floor, pool area is great and the pool is gated in case you have small children. There is a large sunbathing area with plenty of sun loungers, there is a great BBQ area not that we used it this time we ate out every night, restaurants beach and supermarkets all less than 10min walk, we do recommend Sausalito's in Playa Bastian and Oscars for that extra special meal these two restaurants are approx 20 min walk from villa. A few nights walking back to Villa we would pop into Mowtowns pub for a drink and Gareth the barman was very funny, we would end up staying here for more drinks. The lounge area is large with comfy sofas, TV is good plenty of English selection, movies, music and news channels plus plenty more, ceiling fans, and large kitchen with utility room, used the quick 20 min wash on washing machine a few times to rinse through clothes, there is an outside washing line around the side of villa and shirts dried within 2hrs, I could go on and on about this villa but won't bore you. Try it for yourself you will not be disappointed we weren't. Thank you also to Lanzarote Villa Choice for looking after our booking and ensuring everything went smoothly.

Costa Teguise
This villa is very centrally located in the holiday resort of Costa Teguise within walking distance of Pueblo Marinero square and Las Cucharas Beach.
Costa Teguise is located on the eastern coast of Lanzarote. The resort has several beaches, Playa Los Charcos, Playa Jablillo, Playa Bastian and Playa de Las Cucharas. The largest beach is Playa de Las Cucharas, where there is also a windsurfing academy for professionals and beginners. There are cafes, bars and restaurants along the seafront promenade from Centro Commercial Las Cucharas up to and around the headland area towards Playa Bastian. The square “Pueblo Marinero” has a wide choice of restaurants and bars that have outside seating and the the square becomes a buzzing nightime venue. Pueblo Marinero also holds a little market on a Wednesday and Friday evening from around 17:00-22:00. Also boasting a waterpark , golf course and aquarium, Costa Teguise is a popular choice for families.
