This excellent, single storey, modern villa sleeping up to 6 people is in a quiet, residential area of the popular resort of Costa Teguise. A spacious, open plan, split level living and dining area area has patio doors to the terrace and pool area. There is optional air conditioning for which there is an additional charge of £11 per night. The villa is situated in a small private side street , well located and ideal for clients wanting to be near beaches and all the amenities of a resort. The base price is for 1-4 guests. We stayed at this villa for a month and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The villa has a Moroccan theme throughout, is very comfortable, well equipped and very clean. The outside areas, terrace and pool are excellent! Managed by a wonderful host, and always available if there are any queries. Merci Martine et à la prochaine!"

Villa in quiet area but within easy reach of supermarket,restaurants,bars etc. Lovely heated pool a bonus in March so we used it everyday.

We've just come back from a wonderful two week stay at the villa. The villa was just perfect and had everything we needed (and the pool was gorgeous!). Martine the owner was lovely and so helpful and always on hand to answer any questions we had. And even bought us some supplies so we didnt go hungry on our first evening as we were arriving super late. We would thoroughly recommend the villa and Martine to anyone looking to stay at Costa Teguise. Thank you Martine (and to Viviana and Roberto!)

No problems whatsoever the pool was excellent and communication very good The kitchen had all the utensils required and TV/DVD easy to use.An excellent place to stay

Just spent a week here. Beautiful villa everything you could possibly need like home from home very clean, Spacious. Hosts Martine and Olivier very friendly always on hand if needed nothing to much trouble. Hope to stay again in the future.

The owner Martine was an absolute gem of a host. If there were any problems (couldn't work the TV 😂�) she was literally a phone call away, nothing was too much trouble. The villa was very comfortable and perfect for a family. My only negative, which is more of a suggestion, non slip tiles or slip mats around the pool. I have a 7 year old and we know how excited kids get!!
I will definitely recommend this villa and we as a family hope to return soon. Thanks Martine for a fabulous stay!!

We all had a great stay at the villa. Nice quiet location and pool, all shops,restaurants and beach only a 10 minute walk away. The villa has everything you need and was clean and tidy.
British TV programs were a bonus for the little ones ( cbb's) while preparing meals. Martine was very welcoming and easy to get in touch with should you need to.
Overall would definitely stay again.

The villa is colourfully and tastefully furnished, I´d say the best we have visited. In cool nights you may need the radiators which luckily are stored in a closet. The pool is big enough. The paintings on the walls surrounding it are elegant.

We stayed as a couple with our two twenty year old girls. The villa was very clean and well presented. We were met by the owner and shown around the villa and all items explained even when the bin location was over looked she made sure she contacted us with its location. The villa is on a really quite cul de sac with off road parking. The walled garden provided the peace and quite we were looking for. But just a small walk and we were in to the shops and a bar area.

The villa is well equipped and easy to maintain and find your way around the heated pool was a god send when the wind was up and brought the temperature down. The sun beds and seating outside was very good and also having WiFi with two young girls was a brilliant. So a fantastic villa and a great stay we will be back thanks for your help.



Location

Costa Teguise
This villa is located in a quiet residential area in the resort of Costa Teguise. It is a 5 minute walk away from the nearest choice of restaurants and shops at El Trebol and an approximate 10 - 15 minute walk from the main beach of Playa de Las Cucharas.
The resort has several beaches, Playa Los Charcos, Playa Jablillo, Playa Bastian and Playa de Las Cucharas. The largest beach is Playa de Las Cucharas, where there is also a windsurfing academy for professionals and beginners. There are cafes, bars and restaurants along the seafront promenade from Centro Commercial Las Cucharas up to and around the headland area towards Playa Bastian. The square “Pueblo Marinero” has a wide choice of restaurants and bars that have outside seating and the the square becomes a buzzing nightime venue. Pueblo Marinero also holds a little market on a Wednesday and Friday evening from around 17:00-22:00. Also boasting a waterpark , golf course and aquarium, Costa Teguise is a popular choice for families.
