A modern security alarm system, including three safes, is fully fitted to ensure your peace of mind during your stay. All windows throughout the villa have a safety opening position, so you can open them during the night but still feel secure. Smoking is not permitted indoors

The beautiful, spacious pool will keep you cool during the day, and can be illuminated at night to add to the atmosphere of the stunning terrace. This Villa is ideal for little ones, as it has a secured smaller pool off the main pool with a depth of 0.35 meters. If cooking is your pleasure, there is a state of the art, built-in charcoal barbecue. There is a full range of garden furniture including two dining tables. Dining al-fresco is a must!

Location
A peaceful villa residential area with easy walking distance to both the new town and old town of Puerto del Carmen. The winding lanes and detached properties are separated by volcanic stone walls which give you the impression that you are in a rural location. The old town and new town have an abundance of restaurants and bars for those holidaymakers wishing to venture a little further from their villa. The old town harbour is better known for its fish restaurants and small local bars and the new town for its selection of different types of cuisine. The larger sandy beaches can be found in the new town with a great selection of activities from paragliding to pedalos. The main avenida stretches approximately 3 kilometres with a good selection of shops and stores offering souvenirs, designer goods and of course duty free.

Normal Check-In time is from 2pm.
However you will be able to go to the Villa anytime after 10am. If the Villa is not cleaned etc. by the time of your arrival you can leave your luggage and ask the cleaners what time you expect to have the Villa cleaned etc. so you can return to the Villa. Check-Out time is 10am.
A late checkout may be possible if the villa is not rented on the day of your departure. Please check with P Kelly Villas the week before you travel
