Situated on the centrally located Vista lobos development in Playa Blanca, this 4 bedroom , 3 bathroom villa has beautiful views to the sea and the neighbouring islands of Lobos and Fuerteventura and is a perfect choice in which to enjoy a memorable holiday. The villa has two floors; the entrance and upper floor has an open plan kitchen and dining room, guest cloakroom with w/c and two bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. Downstairs is a spacious living area with pool table, family bathroom and two further bedrooms. All rooms have coin operated air conditioning. The villa has a lovely outside area, furnsished with sunbeds and day bed surrounding the private, heated swimming pool and hot tub. The nearest beach is Playa Flamingo, approximately 1.5km away, a stunning, white sand beach with restaurants overlooking the sea.
The centre of Playa Blanca is approximately 2km away. There is also a taxi rank just outside the development .

Outside Area
Beside the pool there is a Hot Tub for 6 people. Up a few steps is a terrace with BBQ and seating area. There is a further terrace with outdoor dining table . Both terraces are south facing and have sea views. There are 6 sunbeds around the pool and a day bed.

Fantastic villa! Immaculately clean and well presented. Lovely heated pool and hot tub, and the full sized pool table was a real bonus!
No issues during our stay. I would highly recommend Lanzarote Villa Choice for a very comfortable and relaxing stay.

Villa has everything that you would need and more! Pool table (which plays very well), Hot Tub, Swimming Pool, Outdoor BBQ and seating, loungers and day bed with shade outside. Large TV and sofa area. Really light and airy villa with lots of space for everyone. Really easy walk into town, and taxis everywhere if you need them. Jos very easy to deal with, and always at the end of an email if required.Stayed in Playa Blanca many times - this is now our favourite villa!

Villa was lovely and clean both inside and out.
The villa is very private and unlike some of the other villas on the complex the pool isn't overlooked.
We had a visit from the cleaning team half way through the holiday (we stayed 10 nights) to change the bed sheets, change towels / beach towels ext. We also had a visit by the owners friend who cleaned the pool area. Even though there wasn't really a need for a visit as there were only a couple of leaves floating in the pool so was no problem. But was great to have the pool area tided up and to know they worry about the appearance so much.
Villa was well equipped with everything you need plus a lot more. Depending on who was there before you depends on what you need. We were lucky there was plenty of hand wash & washing up liquid, t bags and lots of other bits when we arrived. So before going shopping its always worth having a look round to see what you need.
Villa is near 3 bus stops so no problem if you don't drive. Only one bus ( circular route no:30) so you cant get lost. All 3 bus stops are a 7 minute walk from the front door and it is a 20min walk to the town centre. There is also a Taxi rank just outside the complex on the main road.
The villa was very secure and has an alarm system and safe. It also has a full TV package and Pool table as well as books and games for entertainment.
The Villa is very spacious and would ideal for a family of up to 8 people.
-Couldn't even call it a con but its something I feel I should point out. The villa is in the 2nd block of the complex. (Which is lovely as no one can see you in the pool). However there is a small hill to walk up to get out of the complex. It isn't huge however if you are unfit or have a health condition and struggle with little hills please bare this in mind. I struggled at first. But by day 10 it wasn't too bad but it just took some getting used to. Also there is a little hill to walk down to get to 2 of the bus stops. No problem to walk down but walking up to the villa from the 2 bus stops can be an issue if you have trouble walking. This can be resolved by getting off the bus at the bus stop by Paradise island hotel (Virginia Park Stop).
All that aside we couldn't fault the Villa.



Location

Playa Blanca
This villa is within walking distance from the sheltered, golden sands of Playa Flamingo beach, which slopes gently out to sea and is ideal for young children. A seafront promenade runs 8.5km from one end of Playa Blanca to the other and is lined with bars, seafood restaurants and shops. Located in an established residential area of the highly sought after resort of Playa Blanca, the villa is within walking distance of the beach and amenities of the resort but a car is recommended.
