The villa is maintained and cleaned to the highest standard and well equipped offering guests all the comforts of home. Perfectly situated in the Costa Papagayo area means a 15-minute stroll takes you to the blue flag Playa Dorada beach and centre of Playa Blanca with its wonderful seafront setting and a myriad of restaurants to suit all tastes and budgets. It’s a great place for walkers and cyclists alike. Car hire is not essential . There is a private garden surrounded by high walls and heated 4 person jacuzzi hot tub and 8m x 4m pool. Perfect for those who wish to have total privacy. Comfortable sun loungers and a covered barbeque dining area compliment the spacious and comfortable villa interior.

Playa Blanca is an extensive resort which stretches from the beautiful beaches of Papagayo at one end, to the Faro Lighthouse at the other end of the coastal promenade. There are also two water parks within the resort; Aqualava and Paradise Island Water Park. The villa is located in the Costa Papagayo  which is a residential villa area within a 15-20 minute walk, or if you are not keen on walking, a 5 minute drive to the Playa Dorada beach in Playa Blanca where you will find a selection of bars, restaurants and a supermarket. Playa Blanca has a great selection of beaches bars and restaurants and a very quaint shopping center. There is also a marina, the national park of Papagayo beaches and a ferry port with a 40 minute service to the nearby island of Fuerteventura
