The property is on 2 levels with the main 4 bedroom villa on the ground level and a 1 bedroom self contained apartment on the first floor accessed by an external staircase. Each sitting room has an air con/heating unit also two of the bedrooms downstairs and the upstairs bedroom.  A secluded rectangular private pool is surrounded by a spacious terrace with a hot tub to seat 6. The interior is comfortably furnished throughout with modern fitted kitchens in the apartment and villa with filtered water. The popular town square with bars restaurants and weekly market is just a five minute walk and the sandy beach of Las Cucharas just a 10 minute stroll. This central but peaceful location is perfect for a get away from it all holiday.
The villa plus apartment can sleep up to 12 guests plus infants. Prices below are based on up to 4 people sharing.
For 8 or less guests there is an additional charge for the apartment. For over 8 guests the apartment is included.

This villa is very centrally located in the holiday resort of Costa Teguise within walking distance of Pueblo Marinero square and Las Cucharas Beach.
The resort has several beaches, Playa Los Charcos, Playa Jablillo, Playa Bastian and Playa de Las Cucharas. The largest beach is Playa de Las Cucharas, where there is also a windsurfing academy for professionals and beginners. There are cafes, bars and restaurants along the seafront promenade from Centro Commercial Las Cucharas up to and around the headland area towards Playa Bastian.  The square “Pueblo Marinero” has a wide choice of restaurants and bars that have outside seating and the the square becomes a buzzing nightime venue. Pueblo Marinero also holds a little market on a Wednesday and Friday evening from around 17:00-22:00. Also boasting a waterpark , golf course and aquarium, Costa Teguise is a popular choice for families.

Prices below are based on up to 4 people sharing. For extra guests over 4 the cost is £105 per person per week.
