This beautiful five bedroom, four bathroom villa is located above the old town of Puerto del Carmen. It has recently been renovated and refurbished to the highest standard and comfort. This villa is very spacious, brightly decorated and comfortably furnished throughout, with plenty of light filtering through from the patio doors which lead you to the pool area and covered terraces.
The Old Town, with its traditional bars and restaurants and Playa Chica beach is a 10-minute stroll away. The coastal pathway is just a stones throw away from the villa and you can take this route to enjoy the fantastic views of the very popular marina of Puerto Calero. The New Town, with its wide sandy beaches and modern night-life is also within 20 minutes’ walk.

On entering the villa, there is a seating area for up to four people on 2 two-seater sofas. The lounge is modern and comfortable and has two four-seater sofas, an armchair, coffee table, sky satellite TV TV Channels (multiple English/Irish Channels and Netflix), with patio doors leading to the pool & patio area.
Kitchen
Fully equipped with all the modern appliances needed for your stay, including a full fridge, electric hob & oven, dishwasher, microwave, Air fryer, kettle, toaster, large work surface, and storage. The adjoining dining area includes a large dining table with seating for up to 10 people.

The property will be cleaned etc. prior to your arrival. There are 2 Bath & Hand Towels provided per person. For stays of 11 or more nights, for 4 or more people, there will be a mid stay clean and linen and towel change. Extra cleaning etc. can be arranged at an additional cost.

There are two triple sliding doors leading out onto the pool/patio area. Another triple sliding doors leads out to the BBQ area. The swimming pool is surrounded by well-maintained gardens that ensure privacy.
The pool and patio area feature sun loungers, patio furniture, and a BBQ. There is also a pool table for guests entertainment. The pool is illuminated at night. For your added comfort there is a pool side solar-heated shower.

Location
This peaceful villa residential area with walking distance to the old town harbour. Close by there is a small commercial complex with a restaurant, bar, hairdressers and Spar supermarket if you do not want to walk too far. The larger sandy beaches of the resort can be found in the new town with a great selection of activities from paragliding to pedalos. The main beach road stretches approximately 3 kilometres with a good selection of shops and stores offering souvenirs, designer goods and duty free.

Normal Check-In time is from 2pm. However you will be able to go to the Villa anytime after 10am. If the Villa is not cleaned etc. by the time of your arrival you can leave your luggage and ask the cleaners what time you expect to have the Villa cleaned etc. so you can return to the Villa. Check-Out time is 10am. A late checkout may be possible if the villa is not rented on the day of your departure. Please check with P Kelly Villas the week before you travel
