This Delphi has 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and has a large heated private pool. It has an excellent location very close to the sea/beach and yet in the quiet residential area in Puerto del Carmen, just 200 yards from coastal promenade with all its shops and restaurants. Furnished to a  high standard, now boasting spacious and modern accommodation. The lounge is large and very comfortable with high end furniture, as well as air conditioning and heating. Good quality complimentary WIFI throughout the villa also allows you to enjoy a wide range of TV channels. The modern kitchen is fully fitted, including dish washer and washing machine. The dining room is bright and airy with picture window views of the swimming pool and ample solarium. The villa is very well decorated and lit throughout. The 3 bedrooms can all be made up as king-size double beds or as single beds, thus sleeping six adults comfortably. We can also supply cots or extra beds for children. Two luxury bathrooms complete the accommodation, one large en-suite to the master bedroom. Outside there is a large shaded area for outside dining. There is a BBQ area and plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas around the electrically heated pool.

Los Pocillos - Puerto del Carmen

This villa is located in Los Pocillos, a flat area of Puerto del Carmen and within easy walking distance to all the resort amenities and several beaches. The beach of Los Pocillos and several small cove like beaches are within a few minutes walk and the larger sandy beach of Playa Grande is about a  15 minute walk with a great selection of activities from paragliding to pedalos. The main avenida stretches approximately 3 kilometres with a good selection of shops and stores offering souvenirs, designer goods and of course duty free. The old town harbour is better known for its fish restaurants and small local bars and the new town for its selection of different types of cuisine.
