A superb “Adults-Only” villa located within a 15-minute walk from the main town and a 25 minute walk from the Marina Rubicon, so car hire is not essential. The villa is  surrounded by high walls affording privacy and security during your stay. The interior is spacious, exceptionally clean, and furnished to the highest standard throughout. The beds have comfortable mattresses and pillows. Bed linen, bathroom towels and beach towels are provided. The villa is alarmed, which is operated by a simple to use fob. It also benefits from all around external lighting.There is a large, covered patio area with dining and seating leading down to the pool area. There are beautiful, landscaped gardens surrounded by high walls and a superb heated 8m x 4m pool with steps and handrail located at the shallow end. Quality sun loungers, gas BBQ and a covered dining area compliment the spacious and comfortable villa interior.

Playa Blanca is an extensive resort which stretches from the beautiful beaches of Papagayo at one end, to the Faro Lighthouse at the other end of the coastal promenade. There are also two water parks within the resort; Aqualava and Paradise Island Water Park. 
The villa is located in the Costa Papagayo  which is a residential villa area within a 15-20 minute walk, or if you are not keen on walking, a 5 minute drive to the Playa Dorada beach in Playa Blanca where you will find a selection of bars, restaurants and a supermarket. Playa Blanca has a great selection of beaches bars and restaurants and a very quaint shopping center. There is also a marina, the national park of Papagayo beaches and a ferry port with a 40 minute service to the nearby island of Fuerteventura.
