This charming, boutique, rural retreat is situated in the idyllic and peaceful village of Conil in the south-west of Lanzarote. Only a 10 minute drive from the airport and the main resort of Puerto Del Carmen. The nearest quaint town of Tias is a short 5 minute drive from Conil and boasts many good facilities such as some excellent restaurants, bars, shops and bakeries . The property was lovingly renovated by its owner from a small run down wine press- room (Bodega) into the charming boutique it is today. The owners have worked hard to make sure that this renovated Bodega has retained its charming appeal and has kept some of its original features including wooden beams and volcanic stone walls. Its stylish charm is in keeping with the old traditional, Canarian style and the influence of Lanzarotes famous architect and artist, Cesar Manrique.This 2 bedroom property is centred round a pretty and private courtyard which has outdoor dining furniture and gas BBQ where you can enjoy alfresco dining or just chill and relax under the beautiful red flowered Flamboyoca tree. On one side of the courtyard, you will find the main apartment, which opens into a cosy living/dining room area with a fully equipped integrated kitchen. This leads through to a double bedroom with comfy king size bed and ensuite Cesar Manrique style bathroom. Across to the other side of the courtyard is the second spacious double bedroom with comfy king size bed, sofa and coffee table and ensuite bathroom. Both the apartment and second bedroom have large HD flat screen TVs with satellite TV and Netflix. Due to the layout of the bedrooms, this property does not accept bookings from groups with young children (infants and older children are accepted).

The sun terrace is surrounded by a mature gardens and is covered with artificial grass. There are sunbeds and you can enjoy mountain views.
The property is centred around a private courtyard with table and seating and Gas BBQ . The courtyard separates the bedrooms and is a perfect suntrap.
The property is adjacent to the owner's main house but has it's own private entrance . The owner lives next door but offers guests as much help or privacy as they need.

Relaxing and peaceful. The ideal place to stay to recharge your batteries. A superb 2 bedroom apartment with everythig you need to enjoy your stay.
The outside terrace is completely private, a relaxing area to chill and take in the sun all day. The pool has roman steps for easy access and is surrounded by plants and a grassed area., which compliments the pool beuatifully. The owners were very helpful and friendly but not intrusive. And the added personal touches by the owners were the icing on the cake! We can't wait to return. Thank you.

We had a lovely stay here, the pool area is beautiful and so quiet and peaceful. The owner was very welcoming and accommodating.
We stayed as a couple so only really used one part of the property, can't comment on the other bedroom across the courtyard but the main one was comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need to cook etc.
Quick to drive to the main beach areas. Great trip, wish we stayed longer!
We have just enjoyed a great holiday in this lovely property which is well equipped and well laid out to provide both privacy and comfort.
There is a lovely walled courtyard, and a stunning private walled garden with a beautifully styled swimming pool both perfect for relaxing.
Although set in a rural location Casita De Flor is only about a 10 minute drive to both the airport and the resort of Puerto Del Carmen.
We found the owner, who has a wealth of knowledge of this beautiful island to be friendly, accommodating and flexible during our stay.
In summary I would say, this former bodega beautifully renovated to create a Canarian look with a splash of Cesar Manrique style, gave us the feel of living in a real Canarian home set in a quiet and peaceful rural area.

The peaceful village of Conil is located in the south-west of Lanzarote and has a beautiful viewpoint across the ocean to the neighbouring island of Fuerteventura. Conil has so far remained almost completely undiscovered by many of the major tour operators which has helped keep its old rural canarian charm making it the perfect vacation place for a peaceful holiday and to re-charge your batteries. This small peaceful village offers a local supermarket and an authentic canarian tapas bar serving delicious dishes of the island.
However if you do wish to venture out and discover some of Lanzarotes unique charm, it is very well connected with the best parts of the island. Visits to Timanfaya National Park where you can take a ride on the camels or a guided tour to the volcano. Just around the corner from Conil is Lanzarotes main wine growing region where you can enjoy one of the wine tasting tours. If you fancy a day out on the sea and sailing around the picturesque coast to the pristine beaches of Papagayo, the Catlanza catamaran boat is the perfect trip for this. These are just a few of the many trips you can take that are just a few minutes drive away from Conil.
This property is just a 5-10 minute drive from either the marina of Puerto Calero or the resort of Puerto del Carmen. It offer couples an affordable option to holiday with the benefit of their own private swimming pool.

The villa and its facilities are for the sole use for the number of people who have booked. Should there be more guests in the party than stated on your confirmation you will be asked to pay any additional charges.
