Volcano La Corona

Dominating the scenery in the north of the island close to the tiny village of Ye is the extinct volcano of La Corona measuring 1998ft. The last eruption was over 4000 years ago. The lava covered the north east of the island and also created the 2 popular tourist attractions which are the Green Caves and Jameos del Agua. If you are feeling adventures, its a hard trek to the top but when you arrive there are some magnificent views and you can look down into the crater
