A new gastro cultural event is taking place in the which dedicated to introduce you to a new type of atmosphere in relation to art, culture and good music with food especially prepared by the chef.
This is an invitation to experiment and try something new and designed to merge the Canarian gastronomic heritage, with other cultures, which includes vegetarian recipes.
From the large windows you can enjoy the nocturnal views of the bay in Arrecife and the sculptures of Jason deCayres at the foot of the castle whilst listening to the musical proposal of the Resident DJ.
A different type of evening out which will be taking place on Fridays and Saturdays.
Restaurant which has an avant-garde cuisine is surrounded by 18th century masterpiece.
Open between 19:00 -23: 00hrs
The Castle remains open until 01:00 so you can take advantage of the music and of course cocktail list!
