In terms of temperature, 2017 was somewhat hotter in Lanzarote than the previous year, with an average of 22 degrees compared to 21.7 in 2016. However, it was not the year with the highest temperature, since in 2010 the average temperature was of 22.4.
August was the hottest month of 2017 with 41.3 degrees, followed by the 37.3 in June and the 36.1 in April. On the other hand, the coldest months were January, with 22.9 degrees; December with 25.2; and November with 27.1.
