One of the more exclusive restaurants in Lanzarote with a mix of rustic and contemporary design is La Cocina de Colacho. The name comes from the restaurants chef and owner Nicholas Machin who is known as Colacho, so the name translated means the kitchen of Colacho. At a very young age Nicholas started work in the kitchen of a restaurant and quickly became keen to develop his own concepts of cuisine. This restaurant offers a warm and friendly environment with a permanent exhibition of paintings and photographs.
