Wine O clock is becoming increasingly popular. Now, if you happen to be in Lanzarote and have acquired this particular habit, you may be on the look out for that special bottle of wine to indulge in.
Not one of the cheapest but definitely the best is Bermejo. Its not easy to get hold of and normally you will not find it in a supermarket but be on the look out if you take a trip to Teguise market or you can visit the Bodega while touring the island.
You maybe able to pick up a bottle in the UK or on line but I imagine it would be considerably more expensive. This is a smooth white wine that to be honest has a taste that few people would be disappointed with. It is one of the top 5 Lanzarote wines with an average cost of 12.00€. If you are browsing the wine list in a restaurant…. go for it!
