With Glastonbury underway its probably a good time to mention the Lanzarote Music Festival, which is an anual event held every summer. Obviously very big differences between the 2 festivals. Lanzarote has no mud, no camping, no bad toilets! Needless to say you wont get the chance to see Coldplay, Adele, ZZ Top, Jess Glynne or Muse. There are however a number of talented local artists that are worth seeing.
This year the festival will be held on the 9th July and is set to be the biggest yet. Not only are there performances, there are also games, stalls and competitions.
Entry is free and the location is Los Pocillos, Puerto del Carmen
