This is a stylish modern villa with everything you could need for a relaxing holiday. Threre is a private heated pool and lots of outside space. Located in a quiet residential area yet within walking distance of both Puerto Del Carmen sea front and the chaming harbour in the old Town. The rooms are all light and spacious and freshly decorated. The lounge area opens directly to the covered terrace and then onto the open-air terraces surrounding the pool. A good choice for famillies and couples looking for a relaxing holiday and wanting to be close to all the benefits of the resort. The private swimming pool is heated to approx. 26/28 degrees celcius and switched off in the summer months when weather is warm enough to maintain the temperatures.

A peaceful villa residential area with walking distance to both the new town and old town of Puerto del Carmen. The old town and new town have an abundance of restaurants and bars for those holidaymakers wishing to venture a little further from their villa. The larger sandy beaches can be found in the new town with a great selection of activities from paragliding to pedalos. The main avenida stretches approximately 3 kilometres with a good selection of shops and stores offering souvenirs, designer goods and of course duty free.
