We stayed in this villa for a month, it was lovely the heated pool was at the same temperature all the time, the villa has everything home from home and there is plenty of room, There is Freeview tv that works perfectly, it's about a 20 minute walk into Playa Blanca, the property manager who looks after it is very helpful in everything we needed and the cleaners were very good. We would highly recommend this villa.

We have recently returned from a trip to Lanzarote, staying at this villa.
The villa was fantastic; very clean and well-equipped, in a peaceful location and about a 20 min walk to Playa Dorada Beach.
The patio / garden area was amazing and an excellent size; the pool was always warm and the whole area got the sun all day. The hot tub was a nice addition and proved very relaxing. The outdoor sofa made the perfect location for morning coffee or evening drinks.
Overall, we were more than with impressed the property and would not hesitate to book again.

This property is in a mostly residential area of Playa Blanca. It is very quiet & private despite being only a short walk to the action.
Terry the property manager is a real gem, and cannot do enough to help the guests. We were celebrating our 30 year wedding anniversary and he brought us a lovely bottle of fizz to help us celebrate which was a lovely touch.
We only had one issue with the villa, which was a problem with the flush, I reported it to Terry at 9pm and he had it fixed by 9.30 am the following day. Excellent customer service.
Would definitely stay in this property again.

Great villa, lovely and clean. Fantastic pool area with very comfy loungers. Hot tub a bonus, however it is only a 3 or 4 person tub. Great outdoor seating.
Walk to nearest shop is 15 mins. Walk to the beach 20 mins. Walk to the main cluster of restaurants 30 mins.
The villa has had some modernisation, mainly the kitchen and lounge, however the bedrooms need some updating. The beds were not the best quality and quite uncomfortable. Pillows were lumpy and the bedding was old empty duvet covers just placed over the beds. And the villa could definitely benefit from air conditioning.

Lovely private property with fantastic heated swimming pool and hot tub. Plenty of room with three good sized bedrooms but some of the decor & furnishings could do with updating.
An easy (20 minute) walk into Marina Rubicon & Playa Blanca centre.

The villa is very well equipped and has lots of space. We particularly liked the spacious pool area and made good use of the hot-tub.
The property manager was on-hand if we needed and made sure we had everything we needed. Will definitely use again when we are back in the area.

This is an excellent property in a nice quiet location with everything provided for you.
Nice pool and hot tub. I would definitely book it again.
Suitable for a family that likes a quiet peaceful location with all facilities provided for you.

We had a great holiday at this villa. Villa is basic but has all you need to enjoy your stay. Would recommend and will go back again.
