Suitability
To access the villa you must enter through the front gate which leads directly to the patio area, this measures 72cm with a small step. Triple sliding doors lead you inside the villa.
The master bedroom is accessible from the lounge and the door to enter this measures 73cm, the door to the en-suite measures 74cm.
Two steps lead from the sitting area to the Kitchen/Dining area.
Maid Service
The property will be cleaned etc. prior to your arrival. There are 2 Bath & Hand Towels provided per person. For stays of 11 or more nights, for 4 or more people, there will be a mid stay clean and linen and towel change. Extra cleaning etc. can be arranged at an additional cost.
Security
The villa is secured by a modern security alarm system and also has two safes. There is off street car parking directly outside the villa. Smoking is not permitted indoors. Ash trays are provided adjacent to the patio area, which you are respectfully asked to use should you wish to smoke.

Location
Los Mojones
A peaceful villa residential area with easy walking distance to both the new town and old town of Puerto Del Carmen. The winding lanes and detached properties are separated by volcanic stone walls which give you the impression that you are in a rural location. The old town and new town have an abundance of restaurants and bars for those holidaymakers wishing to venture a little further from their villa. The old town harbour is better know for its fish restaurants and small local bars and the new town for its selection of different types of cuisine. The larger sandy beaches can be found in the new town with a great selection of activities from paragliding to pedalos. The main Avenida stretches approximately 3 kilometres with a good selection of shops and stores offering souvenirs designer goods and of course duty free.

Normal Check-In time is from 2pm. However you will be able to go to the Villa anytime after 10am. If the Villa is not cleaned etc. by the time of your arrival you can leave your luggage and ask the cleaners what time you expect to have the Villa cleaned etc. so you can return to the Villa. Check-Out time is 10am. A late checkout may be possible if the villa is not rented on the day of your departure. Please check with local manager
