Playa Honda is getting ready for 10 days of celebrations and events to say goodbye to summer. Starting on Friday 18th September until Sunday 27th September there will be a variety of music, exhibitions, sport events, workshops and children’s entertainment.
Possibly one of the highlights will be on Friday 18th and Saturday 19th at the Burger Fest where some of Lanzarote’s best restaurants will come together and there is a great selection of Burgers, live music and DJ’s. Over the two days, the participating venues will showcase burgers in different styles, ingredients and combinations. The public will also play a key role, as they can try the various options and vote for the one they think is the best burger in the Canary Islands.
The gastronomy will share space with a leisure programme including workshops, activities and live music throughout the weekend. Among the announced names are Las Mellizas, Renzzo El Selector, Fran Bernal, Los Verbenas and Checha Tambo DJ, in a programme designed for both families and young people and groups of friends.
