The Ocean Lava Triathlon race will take place this year on the 24th October in Puerto del Carmen. Organised by Kenneth Gasque who is the Lanzarote ironman founder, the event has opened their inscriptions and anyone wanting to take part can subscribe by clicking here

The Swim- 1500m
The Bike Ride- 40km
The Run- 10km
